Copyright in the photographs

Every photograph on this website is our copyright and is protected by law. Photographs may not be copied, downloaded, screenshotted, reproduced, edited, cropped, filtered or reposted without our written permission.

That includes social media. If you would like to share our work, please link to the page rather than reposting the image — or just ask. We are usually happy to say yes with a credit.

Clients’ rights to use their own photographs are set out in their booking contract, not here.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending an enquiry through this website does not create a booking, and does not oblige either of us to enter into a contract. A date is only held once a signed booking contract and a booking fee are in place. Any prices shown on the website are a guide and may change.

Comments and anything you post

If you leave a comment you are responsible for what you write. Comments are moderated before they appear, and we may edit, refuse or remove any of them. By posting, you give us permission to display your comment on the site.

Please do not post anything unlawful, misleading or offensive, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.

Where we link to other websites we do so because we think they may be useful. We have no control over them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
